I’m Bethan! An agency owner of almost 8 years who now has the flexibility and freedom to travel the world.

But…what you don’t see is how I started. A struggling side hustler who had lessons to learn. I had dreams of running an agency but no idea how to put them into practice. I was stuck in a cycle of losing clients as often as I gained them, struggling to hit my income goals and feeling like it would be impossible to take the leap to run my own agency.

After years of self-development, trial & error and lots of upskilling, I figured out the formula to grow an agency. I went from struggling side hustler to an agency owner hitting £10k+ months with a team of 5 in under 1 year.

Today I share those lessons with those of you who relate and have dreams of growing your agency but feel stuck on where to start!

  • NO! There are pre-recorded sessions for you to follow along BUT we’ll also be doing calls every single week LIVE with training and coaching support so that you get the best of both worlds.

  • This is a group programme so our 1:1 time on calls will be limited to 2 calls (scroll up if you want to refresh on the details).

    BUT, I’m a hands-on coach and will be checking in with you all on slack every day to make sure that you have your questions answered and make sure you are seeing results!

  • We have a range of different time zones coming along to the sessions so please don’t worry, we’ll be offering a mix of times to suit everyone. And each session will be recorded and uploaded to thrivecart to make sure that even if you can’t make it, you can still watch and get the lessons learned!
